The YongXiang 2BDGS pneumatic seeder combines accurate electric metering with pneumatic seed delivery for consistent application across a wide range of crops and field conditions.

With interchangeable metering rollers, radar speed synchronisation and intelligent monitoring, the 2BDGS can be configured for different seeds, application rates, working widths and agricultural implements.

Available with different hopper capacities and outlet configurations, it provides a flexible solution for grass seed, cover crops, cereals, oilseed rape and suitable granular materials.

Precision Seeding with Flexible Configuration

The YongXiang 2BDGS pneumatic seeder is designed for accurate and flexible application of seed and suitable granular materials.

Available in multiple hopper capacities and outlet configurations, the system can be matched to different implements, working widths and farming applications.

At the heart of the system is an electrically driven metering unit with interchangeable rollers. Different roller configurations allow the seeder to handle fine, medium and larger seeds according to the material and application requirement.

A radar sensor continuously measures forward speed and provides the speed signal to the control system. The metering drive responds to changes in forward speed, helping maintain a consistent application rate throughout the field.

The metered material is conveyed pneumatically through flexible hoses, providing a practical system for broadcast or row sowing.

Accurate Metering for Different Seed Sizes

The 2BDGS uses individual metering wheels for each outlet to provide an even supply of material across the working width.

Interchangeable metering rollers are available for different material sizes and application requirements. The roller can be changed without specialist tools, allowing the seeder to be adapted when changing between different seeds or application rates.

One metering roller shaft is supplied as standard.

Intuitive Control from the Tractor Cab

The 10-inch touchscreen control terminal allows the operator to monitor and adjust key seeding parameters from the tractor cab.

The system provides real-time information including seed level, working area and operating time. A dedicated one-touch calibration function makes seed-rate calibration testing quick, simple and hassle-free before heading into the field.

The control system works together with the metering drive and radar sensor to maintain the selected application rate during operation.

Intelligent Metering and Drive System

The application rate is controlled through the speed of the metering roller.

The 12V electric or brushless motor adjusts the metering roller speed according to the selected rate and the forward-speed signal from the radar sensor.

The control system continuously monitors the metering process to help maintain a consistent application rate.

Pneumatic Seed Delivery

The pneumatic delivery system uses electric or hydraulic fan airflow to transport metered material through flexible hoses to the application point.

The electric fan system uses enclosed 12V fans, with protective mesh at the air intake to help reduce the ingress of straw and chaff.

For wider working widths or higher application rates, an optional hydraulic fan is available.

Hydraulic Fan for Higher Output

An optional hydraulic fan provides increased airflow where the standard electric fan configuration is not sufficient.

It is particularly suited to wider working widths and higher application rates.

Radar Speed Synchronisation

The radar sensor continuously measures the machine's forward speed and sends the speed signal to the control system.

The metering rate is adjusted according to changes in forward speed, helping maintain the selected application rate whether the machine slows down or increases speed.

This speed-responsive metering system is an important part of the 2BDGS precision seeding system.

Seed Tube Blockage Monitoring

Seed tube monitoring is available to detect blockages or interruptions in material flow.

Sensors monitor material flow through the seed tubes and display an alert on the control terminal when a blockage or missed delivery is detected.

This provides the operator with an immediate indication of potential seeding problems and helps maintain consistent field operation.

Automatic Start and Stop

An optional lift switch can automatically start or stop metering when the implement is lowered or raised.

When the implement is lifted, the metering system stops. When the implement is lowered again, metering resumes.

This helps prevent unwanted application at headlands and during transport or turning operations.

Agitator and Hopper Fill Level Monitoring

A stainless-steel agitator is positioned above the metering roller to help maintain a consistent flow of material and reduce the risk of bridging in the hopper.

A low-level hopper sensor provides an instant alarm when the seed or fertilizer drops below the critical threshold, allowing the operator to plan refilling efficiently and prevent empty runs.

Independent Outlet Control

Each outlet can be opened or closed independently using the supplied L-shaped outlet plugs.

This allows unused outlets to be closed when a narrower working width or a different outlet configuration is required.

The system provides greater flexibility when integrating the seeder with different implements and working widths.

Real-Time Seeding Monitoring

An integrated camera allows the operator to monitor the seeding process from the touchscreen control terminal.

This provides an additional visual check during operation and helps the operator monitor the working condition of the seeding system from the tractor cab.

Broadcast or Row Sowing

The 2BDGS can be configured for either broadcast or row sowing.

For broadcast applications, stainless-steel spreading baffles are used to distribute the material across the working width.

For row sowing, seed tubes with stainless-steel outlets provide targeted delivery to the selected sowing positions.

This configuration allows the same pneumatic seeder platform to be adapted to different crop establishment requirements.

GPS RECEIVER AND POSITIONING CHIP

An optional GPS sensor can provide a speed signal to the control system for speed-responsive metering.

An optional GPS positioning chip can also provide positioning information for monitoring the seeder's field trajectory.

GPS positioning functionality is currently under overseas testing and should therefore be presented as an optional developing function.

Designed for Implement Integration

The compact design and flexible mounting configuration allow the 2BDGS to be integrated with a wide range of agricultural implements.

Depending on the model and configuration, the pneumatic seeder can be mounted on soil tillage implements, cultivators, rollers and other machines used for seed and granular material application.

Different hopper sizes and outlet configurations make it possible to match the seeder to the available implement, working width and application requirement.
