FEATURES

SEED METERING MECHANISM

Unlike most other types of seeders, the YongXiang seeders uses individual metering wheels for each seed outlet enabling extremely accurate seed metering and guaranteeing the same amount of seed is fed to each outlet,This is crucially important when using low seed rates and small seeds.Tool-free handling for changing the roller with various cells for different spreading materials (fine, medium, large), no tools are required. 1pcs seed roller shaft is supplied as standard.

CONTROL PANEL LCD PAD IN-CAB

The Android based user-friendly LCD pad fitted in cab allows the operator to control and adjust basic seeding parameters. It also can monitor the seeder hoses condition,seed level,calculating working time and area in real time,Simple touch button priming switch on the seeder unit for seed calibration.

CONTROL AND DRIVE SYSTEM

The amount of seed applied is controlled by the speed of the metering roller and is adjusted until the desired seed rate is achieved. The YongXiang seeder has a clever step-less 12V electric motor/brushless motor that is constantly checked and adjusted by the computer control box to give you a constant seed rate at all times.

ELECTRIC FAN AIRFLOW SEEDS DELIVERY

The two 12v electric fans provide the airflow to deliver the seed down the pipe to the correct position,makes seeds deliver instantly and evenly. The fans are totally enclosed by mesh air that intakes to prevent the ingress of straw and chaff.

HYDRAULIC FAN(OPTIONAL)

If the air output of the electric fan is not sufficient, the hydraulic fan is the right choice. It is suitable for spreading over large working widths or high spread rates.

RADAR SENSOR FOR RATE-SPEED ADJUST

All YongXiang Seeders have a radar sensor metering the forward speed and feed back the speed value to control box,give constant forward speed related seed metering. It does not matter if you slow down or increase your speed you will always get the correct seed rate.

SEED PIPE MONITORING(OPTIONAL)

Another useful system to assist the driver is the optionally available seed pipe monitoring which detects immediately any blockages in the seed tube. Mounted directly below the discharging port, sensors monitor the seed flow in the seed pipes. Once missed sowing occurs or the pipe is blocked, it will be displayed immediately on the tablet. Especially on long working days, the monitoring is an elegant solution to help keep an eye on the working performance.

LIFT PULL SWITCH KIT(OPTIONAL)

This sensor connects the seeder, the sowing shaft of the seeder can automatically work and stop when the implements are lifted or lowered. The entire switch is made of stainless steel and mounted on the upper link of 3-point,when the implements lifted,the PTO shaft presses the tie rod, which pulls the connecting rod to pull the switch to switch off and seeder stop sowing, however, if implements lowered,the connecting rod resets and the switch switches on and seeder sowing again.

AGITATOR WITH SEED LEVEL SENSOR

Seed agitator fitted standard above the roller shaft to avoid any bridging of seed,which can also ensure an efficient and gentle flow of seeds.Inside the hopper there is also a seed level sensor connected to the control box and also a allowing quick and easy view of seed levels.

OUTLETS ARE BLOCKED AND OPENED INDEPENDENTLY

The seeder has a specially designed L-shaped plug patch, when the long part of the patch is inserted into the seeder,The corresponding outlet will be blocked and no seeds will be discharged. Otherwise,when the short part of the patch is inserted into the seeder,The corresponding outlet will be open and seeds will be discharged again.

SEED BLOCKAGE SENSORS

We came to the conclusion that without sensors for clogging of the seed tubes it is impossible to organize continuous, skip-free sowing. They are therefore included as standard on every seed drill. Information about clogging of the seed tube is displayed on the tablet.

BROADCAST OR ROW SOWING

The seeder ensures uniform distribution of seeds regardless of wind conditions. The standard equipment of the seeder includes 8/12/16/20/24 partitions with U-shaped stainless steel brackets (bumpers), which are used for broadcast sowing. When sowing in rows (optional), instead of bumpers, stainless steel outlets in the form of tubes are installed at the end of the seed tubes.

GPS POSITIONING CHIP

Locate the position of the seeder and watch the sowing situation remotely,you can monitor seeding quality of the seeder. If you can see where you missed the seeding after sowing,then you can reseeding in time.
