YongXiang
Wetland Direct Rice Seeding
Designed specifically for direct row seeding in wetland rice fields.
Precision Pneumatic Metering
Provides controlled rice seed application across the working width.
25 cm Row Spacing
Provides consistent row spacing for direct wetland rice seeding.
Radar Speed Synchronisation
Helps maintain the selected seed rate as transplanter speed changes.
Intelligent Seed Rate Control
Allows seed rate and operating parameters to be adjusted through the control system.
8–12 Row Configurations
Available in 8-, 10- and 12-row configurations for different transplanter widths.
The 2BDGS-P Series meters rice seed according to the selected application rate and delivers the metered seed pneumatically through flexible seed lines to the row outlets.
The intelligent control system adjusts the metering rate according to operating speed, while the radar sensor provides real-time speed information from the rice transplanter. This helps maintain a consistent seed rate as operating speed changes.
Designed specifically for wetland rice, the system provides direct row seeding at 25 cm row spacing.
Interchangeable rice seed metering rollers allow the seeder to be configured for different rice seed types and application rates.
The metering system provides controlled seed delivery to the pneumatic conveying system for consistent row application.

The touchscreen control terminal allows the operator to set and monitor key seeding parameters.
The dedicated one-touch calibration function makes calibration testing quick and simple before field operation, helping verify the selected seed rate before entering the field.
Consistent Metering with Electric Drive The selected metering roller and its rotational speed determine the application rate.
The 2BDGS-P Series uses a 12V stepper motor to drive the metering system. The central control system continuously monitors and adjusts the metering speed according to the selected application rate and forward speed.
This speed-responsive control helps maintain consistent material delivery across changing field conditions.
After metering, rice seed is transferred through flexible seed lines by airflow and delivered to the corresponding row outlets.
The pneumatic delivery system provides consistent distribution of metered seed across the working width.
The radar sensor provides real-time operating speed information to the control system.
The metering rate is adjusted according to forward speed to help maintain the selected seed application rate as the rice transplanter changes speed.
Optional Seed Tube Blockage Monitoring
Optional seed tube blockage monitoring detects interruptions in material flow through the seed tubes.
Sensors monitor material flow below the discharge points and provide an alert on the control terminal if a blockage or missed delivery is detected.
This gives the operator an additional check on seed delivery and helps identify problems quickly during operation.
Agitator and Hopper Level Monitoring
A stainless-steel agitator is positioned above the metering roller to help maintain a consistent material flow and reduce the risk of bridging in the hopper.
A low-level hopper sensor provides an instant alarm when the seed drops below the critical threshold, allowing the operator to plan refilling efficiently and prevent empty runs.
Flexible Outlet Configuration
Each outlet can be opened or closed independently using the supplied L-shaped plugs.
This allows the 2BDGS-P Series seeder to be configured with fewer active outlets when a narrower working width is required.
The system can therefore be adapted to different implements and working widths without changing the main seeder unit.
Optional GPS Speed and Positioning An optional GPS sensor can provide the vehicle's speed signal to the control system for speed-responsive metering.GPS speed data can be used as an alternative to radar speed signal.
An optional GPS positioning chip can provide positioning information for monitoring the seeder's field trajectory.
GPS positioning functionality is currently under overseas testing and should therefore be presented as an optional developing function rather than a fully established feature.
Real-Time Seeding Monitoring
An integrated camera allows the operator to monitor the seeding process from the touchscreen control terminal.
This provides an additional visual check during operation and helps the operator monitor the working condition of the metering system from the tractor cab.
The 2BDGS-P Series is designed for direct row seeding of rice in wetland fields.
Rice seed is metered separately and delivered pneumatically through dedicated outlets, providing controlled seed application in consistent rows at 25 cm spacing.
