Dual Interchangeable Metering Systems
The 2BDGS-12S-L600 uses two independent metering systems, allowing different materials to be handled separately when required.
Interchangeable metering rollers can be selected according to seed type, material characteristics and application rate.
This configuration allows the machine to be used either for 24-row application of the same material or for separate seeding and fertilizer application.
Intuitive Control and One-Touch Calibration
The 10-inch touchscreen control terminal allows the operator to monitor and adjust key seeding parameters from the tractor cab.
The dual metering system can be calibrated according to the selected application rate, while the control system provides information for hopper level, working area and operating time.
The control terminal works together with the metering drive and radar sensor to maintain the selected application rate during operation.
Independent Electric Metering Control
Each metering system is driven and controlled independently.
The control system synchronises metering speed with the selected application rate and forward speed, helping maintain consistent material delivery during operation.
Dual Pneumatic Seed Delivery
Two pneumatic delivery systems transport metered material through separate seed hoses to the distribution outlets.
The dual system supports separate material application when the machine is configured for simultaneous seeding and fertilizer application.
Radar Speed Synchronisation
The radar sensor continuously measures forward speed and sends the speed signal to the control system.
The metering drive responds to changes in forward speed, helping maintain the selected application rate when the tractor slows down or increases speed.
This speed-responsive control supports consistent material application across changing field conditions.
Optional Seed Tube Blockage Monitoring for Two Monitoring Systems
Optional seed tube blockage monitoring detects interruptions in material flow through the seed tubes.
Sensors monitor material flow below the discharge points and provide an alert on the control terminal if a blockage or missed delivery is detected.
This gives the operator an additional check on seed delivery and helps identify problems quickly during operation.
Dual Agitator and Hopper Level Monitoring
Each hopper section is equipped with an agitator to help maintain consistent material flow above the metering system.
Hopper level monitoring provides an alert when material drops below the critical threshold.
Flexible Outlet Configuration
Each outlet can be opened or closed independently using the supplied L-shaped plugs.
The split-hopper system can be configured with up to 24 outlets, allowing the machine to be adapted to different working widths and application methods.
Optional Lift Switch Kit
The optional lift switch kit automatically starts or stops metering according to the position of the implement.
When the implement is raised, the metering system stops automatically. When the implement is lowered again, metering resumes.
The stainless-steel switch is mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage and provides automatic start/stop control during headland turns, transport and other raised-implement operations.
Optional GPS Speed and Positioning
An optional GPS sensor can provide the vehicle's speed signal to the control system for speed-responsive metering.GPS speed data can be used as an alternative to radar speed signal.
An optional GPS positioning chip can provide positioning information for monitoring the seeder's field trajectory.
GPS positioning functionality is currently under overseas testing and should therefore be presented as an optional developing function rather than a fully established feature.
Real-Time Seeding Monitoring
An integrated camera allows the operator to monitor the seeding process from the touchscreen control terminal.
This provides an additional visual check during operation and helps the operator monitor the working condition of the metering system from the tractor cab.
Broadcast or Row Seeding
The 2BDGS-12S-L600 supports both broadcast and optional row seeding, depending on the selected outlet configuration.
For broadcast seeding, U-shaped distribution brackets divide the material flow across the working width.
For row seeding, stainless-steel outlets can be fitted to the seed tubes to deliver material through individual outlets.
This flexibility allows the same pneumatic seeder to be adapted to different crops, implements and application methods.
24-Row or Dual 12-Row Seeding and Fertilizer Application
The 2BDGS-12S-L600 provides two operating configurations.
Installed in the same direction, the two systems can be combined to provide up to 24 outlets for applying the same material.
Installed in opposite directions, the machine can operate as a dual 12-row system for simultaneous seeding and fertilizer application.
