The YongXiang 2BFG-N Series is a pneumatic seeder designed to be mounted on existing rotary tillers and other land preparation implements.
The seeder provides controlled metering, pneumatic seed delivery and adjustable outlet configurations, allowing it to be integrated with different implements and working widths. It can be used for broadcast or optional row seeding, depending on the selected outlet configuration.
With interchangeable metering rollers, one-touch calibration and radar speed synchronisation, the 2BFG-N Series provides a practical solution for adding pneumatic seeding capability to existing tillage equipment without replacing the main implement.

Flexible Integration
Can be mounted on existing rotary tillers and land-preparation implements.
Pneumatic Seed Delivery
Provides controlled delivery of metered seed to the outlets.
Flexible Row Configuration
Supports adjustable row numbers for different working widths.
Radar Speed Synchronisation
Helps maintain the selected application rate as forward speed changes.
One-Touch Calibration
Simplifies application-rate setup before field operation.
Compact Seeding System
Adds pneumatic seeding capability without requiring an integrated rotary tiller.
Interchangeable Metering Rollers
Different metering rollers are available for different granular seed types, seed sizes and application rates.
Selecting the appropriate roller helps maintain controlled metering, particularly when working with low application rates or smaller seeds.
The metering roller can be changed without specialist tools, allowing the seeder to be adapted to different crops and compatible seed materials.
Intuitive Control and One-Touch Calibration
The 10-inch touchscreen control terminal allows the operator to monitor and adjust key seeding parameters from the tractor cab.
The system provides real-time information for seed level, working area and operating time. A dedicated one-touch calibration function makes seed-rate calibration quick, simple and hassle-free before field operation.
The control terminal works together with the metering drive and radar sensor to maintain the selected application rate during operation.
Consistent Metering with Electric Drive
The selected metering roller and its rotational speed determine the application rate.
The 2BFG-N Series uses a stepper motor to drive the metering system. The control system adjusts metering speed according to the selected application rate and forward speed.
This speed-responsive control helps maintain consistent seed delivery as tractor speed changes.
Dual 12V Electric Fans for Pneumatic Seed Delivery Two 12V electric fans generate the airflow required to transport metered material through the seed hoses to the distribution outlets.
The pneumatic delivery system provides an even flow of material across the working width, while protective mesh at the fan air intakes helps prevent straw and debris from entering the fan system.
Radar Speed Synchronisation The radar sensor continuously measures forward speed and sends the speed signal to the control system.
The metering drive responds to changes in forward speed, helping maintain the selected application rate when the tractor slows down or increases speed.
This speed-responsive control supports consistent material application across changing field conditions.
Optional Seed Tube Blockage Monitoring
Optional seed tube blockage monitoring detects interruptions in material flow through the seed tubes.
Sensors monitor material flow below the discharge points and provide an alert on the control terminal if a blockage or missed delivery is detected.
This gives the operator an additional check on seed delivery and helps identify problems quickly during operation.
Agitator and Hopper Level Monitoring
A stainless-steel agitator is positioned above the metering roller to help maintain a consistent material flow and reduce the risk of bridging in the hopper.
A low-level hopper sensor provides an instant alarm when the seed or fertilizer drops below the critical threshold, allowing the operator to plan refilling efficiently and prevent empty runs.
Flexible Outlet Configuration
Each outlet can be opened or closed independently using the supplied L-shaped plugs.
This allows the 2BFG-N Series seeder to be configured with fewer active outlets when a narrower working width is required.
The system can therefore be adapted to different implements and working widths without changing the main seeder unit.
Optional Lift Switch Kit
The optional lift switch kit automatically starts or stops metering according to the position of the implement.
When the implement is raised, the metering system stops automatically. When the implement is lowered again, metering resumes.
The stainless-steel switch is mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage and provides automatic start/stop control during headland turns, transport and other raised-implement operations.
Optional GPS Speed and Positioning An optional GPS sensor can provide the vehicle's speed signal to the control system for speed-responsive metering.GPS speed data can be used as an alternative to radar speed signal.
An optional GPS positioning chip can provide positioning information for monitoring the seeder's field trajectory.
GPS positioning functionality is currently under overseas testing and should therefore be presented as an optional developing function rather than a fully established feature.
Real-Time Seeding Monitoring
An integrated camera allows the operator to monitor the seeding process from the touchscreen control terminal.
This provides an additional visual check during operation and helps the operator monitor the working condition of the metering system from the tractor cab.
Precision Row Seeding
The 2BFG-N Series can be configured for row seeding according to the selected outlet arrangement.
For row seeding, stainless-steel outlets can be fitted to the seed lines to deliver material through individual outlets.
This flexibility allows the seeding system to be adapted to different crops, working widths and application methods.
The main advantage of the 2BFG-N Series is its integration concept.
Instead of combining the seeder with a dedicated rotary tiller, the seeding unit can be installed on a suitable rotary tiller or other land preparation implement already available on the farm.
This provides a flexible way to add pneumatic seeding to existing machinery while retaining the operator's preferred tillage equipment.
