2BFG-A Series
YongXiang
One-Pass Crop Establishment
Combines tillage, fertilizer application, seeding and reconsolidation in one operation.
600L Split Hopper
Provides separate material capacity for flexible seeding configurations.
Two Operating Configurations
Supports 24-row seeding or dual 12-row seeding and fertilizer application.
Accurate Pneumatic Seeding
Provides controlled metering and pneumatic seed delivery.
Radar Speed Synchronisation
Helps maintain consistent material application as field speed changes.
Integrated Field Operations
Reduces the number of passes required for crop establishment.
The fertilizer metering system applies granular fertilizer according to the selected application rate.
The rotary tillage unit prepares and loosens the soil ahead of the seeding operation.
The furrow-opening system prepares the soil for seed placement.
The pneumatic metering and delivery system transports metered seed through the seed lines to the seeding outlets.
The soil is returned towards the seed zone after seed placement to cover the seed furrow.
The compacting roller reconsolidates the worked soil after the seeding and covering process.
Dual Interchangeable Metering Systems
Different metering rollers can be selected according to seed type, fertilizer material, particle size and application rate.
The two metering systems operate independently, allowing seed and fertilizer to be applied simultaneously at their respective selected rates.
Intuitive Control and One-Touch Calibration
The 10-inch touchscreen control terminal allows the operator to monitor and adjust key seeding and fertilizer application parameters from the tractor cab.
The control system provides access to application-rate settings, calibration functions and hopper-level information.
A dedicated calibration function allows the selected application rate to be checked and adjusted before field operation.
Independent Electric Metering Control
The seed and fertilizer metering systems are driven and controlled independently.
The control system adjusts metering speed according to the selected application rate and forward speed, helping maintain consistent material delivery during operation.
Dual Pneumatic Seed Delivery
Two pneumatic delivery systems transport metered material through separate seed lines to the corresponding outlets.
The dual system allows seed and fertilizer to be delivered simultaneously from the split hopper to the working units.
Radar Speed Synchronisation The radar sensor continuously measures forward speed and sends the speed signal to the control system.
The metering drive responds to changes in forward speed, helping maintain the selected application rate when the tractor slows down or increases speed.
This speed-responsive control supports consistent material application across changing field conditions.
Optional Seed Tube Blockage Monitoring for Two Monitoring Systems
Optional seed tube blockage monitoring detects interruptions in material flow through the seed tubes.
Sensors monitor material flow below the discharge points and provide an alert on the control terminal if a blockage or missed delivery is detected.
This gives the operator an additional check on seed delivery and helps identify problems quickly during operation.
Dual Agitator and Hopper Level Monitoring
Each hopper section is equipped with an agitator positioned above the metering system to help maintain consistent material flow.
A low-level hopper sensor provides an alarm when the material level falls below the critical threshold.
Flexible Outlet Configuration
Individual outlets can be opened or closed using the supplied L-shaped plugs.
This allows the active outlets to be matched to the required working width and row configuration.
Optional Lift Switch Kit
The optional lift switch kit automatically starts or stops metering according to the position of the implement.
When the implement is raised, the metering system stops automatically. When the implement is lowered again, metering resumes.
The stainless-steel switch is mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage and provides automatic start/stop control during headland turns, transport and other raised-implement operations.
Optional GPS Speed and Positioning An optional GPS sensor can provide the vehicle's speed signal to the control system for speed-responsive metering.GPS speed data can be used as an alternative to radar speed signal.
An optional GPS positioning chip can provide positioning information for monitoring the seeder's field trajectory.
GPS positioning functionality is currently under overseas testing and should therefore be presented as an optional developing function rather than a fully established feature.
Real-Time Seeding Monitoring
An integrated camera allows the operator to monitor the seeding process from the control console.
This provides an additional visual check during field operation.

Row Seeding
The pneumatic seeding system can be configured for row seeding according to the selected outlet arrangement.
For row seeding, stainless-steel outlets can be fitted to the seed lines to deliver material through individual outlets.
