One-Pass Seedbed Preparation and Seeding
The YongXiang 2BFG-FL/FL-F Series combines a power harrow and pneumatic seed drill in a single mounted machine for one-pass seedbed preparation and seeding.
The power harrow prepares and levels the seedbed, while the pneumatic metering and distribution system delivers seed to the coulters for controlled seed placement. The parallel four-bar linkage and independent reconsolidation system help maintain consistent working depth across changing field conditions.
The FL-F version adds an integrated fertilizer application system, allowing seeding and fertilizer application to be carried out in the same pass.
Available in 2.5 m and 3.0 m working widths, with 16- or 20-outlet configurations and seed hopper capacities of 500 or 600 litres, the 2BFG-FL/FL-F Series is designed for efficient one-pass crop establishment.

Key Benefits
One-Pass Seedbed Preparation
Combines power harrow cultivation and pneumatic seeding in one operation.
Precision Pneumatic Seeding
Provides controlled metering and pneumatic seed delivery.
Parallel Four-Bar Linkage
Helps the seeding units follow changes in ground contours.
FL / FL-F Configurations
Available as a seeding-only FL version or integrated seeding and fertilizer FL-F version.
Independent Reconsolidation
Supports consistent soil conditions after seeding.
Flexible Working Widths
Available in 2.5m and 3.0m configurations.
The integrated power harrow prepares and levels the soil before the seed drill places the seed. Furrow opening, seed placement, soil covering and reconsolidation are completed within the same field operation.
This combination reduces the number of passes required for seedbed preparation and seeding while providing a compact solution for mounted drilling.
The double disc coulter with a rubber-tyred depth-control wheel supports consistent seed placement at the selected depth, even when field conditions vary.
The depth-control wheel helps maintain seed placement depth and supports consistent soil contact after seed placement.
The power harrow works the soil ahead of the coulter bar to prepare a suitable seedbed for drilling.
The working depth can be adjusted according to soil conditions, allowing the machine to combine seedbed preparation and seeding in one pass.

Interchangeable Metering Rollers
Different metering rollers are available for different seed types, seed sizes and application rates.
Selecting the appropriate roller helps maintain controlled seed metering, particularly when working with smaller seeds and lower application rates.
The metering roller can be changed without specialist tools, allowing the seed drill to be adapted to different crops and compatible seed materials.
The 10-inch touchscreen control console allows the operator to monitor and adjust key seeding parameters from the tractor cab.
The calibration function allows the selected seed rate to be checked and adjusted before field operation, while seed level and operating information can be monitored during work.
The selected metering roller and its rotational speed determine the application rate.
The 2BFG-FL/FL-F Series uses a 12V outer-rotor BLDC servo motor to drive the metering system. The central control system monitors the metering drive and adjusts its speed according to the selected application rate and forward speed.
This speed-responsive control helps maintain consistent seed delivery as field speed changes.
12V electric fans generate the airflow required to transport metered seed through the seed lines to the distribution outlets.
The pneumatic delivery system provides an even flow of material across the working width. Protective mesh at the fan air intakes helps prevent straw and debris from entering the fan system.
An optional hydraulic fan provides additional airflow when the standard electric fan configuration is not sufficient.
It is suitable for wider working widths and higher application rates, depending on seed type and material characteristics.
Max. required pressure: 180 bar
Max. required oil quantity: 40L /min
Speed: 4,500 rpm
The radar sensor continuously measures forward speed and sends the speed signal to the control system.
The metering drive responds to changes in forward speed to help maintain the selected application rate.
Optional Seed Tube Blockage Monitoring
Optional seed tube blockage monitoring detects interruptions in material flow through the seed tubes.
Sensors monitor material flow below the discharge points and provide an alert on the control terminal if a blockage or missed delivery is detected.
This gives the operator an additional check on seed delivery during operation.
An agitator positioned above the metering roller helps maintain consistent material flow and reduce the risk of bridging.
A low-level hopper sensor provides an alarm when the material level falls below the set threshold.
Flexible Outlet Configuration
Each outlet can be opened or closed independently using the supplied L-shaped plugs.
This allows the number of active outlets to be adjusted according to the selected working width and row configuration.
For example, an 16-outlet machine can be configured with fewer active outlets where required by the implement configuration.
The optional lift switch kit automatically starts or stops metering according to the position of the implement.
When the implement is raised, the metering system stops automatically. When the implement is lowered again, metering resumes.
This helps prevent unwanted seed application during headland turns, transport and other raised-implement operations.
Optional GPS Speed and Positioning
An optional GPS sensor can provide the vehicle's speed signal to the control system for speed-responsive metering.GPS speed data can be used as an alternative to radar speed signal.
An optional GPS positioning chip can provide positioning information for monitoring the seeder's field trajectory.
GPS positioning functionality is currently under overseas testing and should therefore be regarded as an optional developing function rather than a fully established feature.
Real-Time Seeding Monitoring
An integrated camera allows the operator to monitor the seeding process from the control console.
This provides an additional visual check during operation and helps the operator monitor the working condition of the seeding system from the tractor cab.
The pneumatic metering and distribution system delivers seed from the hopper through the seed hoses to the individual coulters.
The available outlet configurations can be adjusted to match the selected working width and row arrangement.
